Thanks to the sponsorship of Sports Club LA's "For Kids Only Foundation", our school has a complete physical education program for all students K though 5th grade. Professional coaches divide the year into various skills (i.e.track, games, yoga) and physical strength and abilities are measured from the beginning to the end of the year.

Calling ALL P.E. VOLUNTEERS

Coeur d'Alene's Physical Education program will begin the first week of October and we are looking for volunteers! Coaching experience is not mandatory. Our volunteers help with many duties, which include:
- promoting a fun and healthy attitude about fitness and exercise - Bringing positive energy and encouragement to our students - Dealing with minor first aid - Helping with class management - Assisting the teacher with equipment and daily procedures - Working one on one with students - Teaching special activities, specific sports or games.

 

Talk to your child's coach or contact PE PRogram Director Stacey Foxson, psfoxson@ca.rr.com. Volunteers are always needed during PE class time to assist. Get a workout at the same time!
