3. Click on "Participant"

4. Fill out the complete form, including current Ralphs card.

5. Of your monthly total your purchases will earn the school:

1% of $200, 2% between $200 and $350, 3% between $350 and $500, 4% over $500.

A household contribution is limited to $150 and Friends of Coeur d'Alene is paid quarterly.
